FAQ
Answers to what we hear most on WhatsApp — what a peptide is, what research-use-only means, how to store a vial, how to order, and how to find a certificate of analysis. Tap a question to open it.
Peptide basics
What is a peptide?
A peptide is a short chain of amino acids — the same building blocks proteins are made of, just shorter. Researchers study specific peptide sequences for how they behave in cell and animal models. Every peptide we carry is sold strictly for that kind of laboratory research.
What's the difference between a single peptide and a blend?
A single peptide is one sequence in the vial, on its own. A blend combines two or more peptides that are commonly studied together, in one vial. Each product page states which one it is and lists the components of any blend.
Research use only
What does "research use only" mean?
It means every product on this site is intended solely for laboratory research by qualified professionals — not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. Nothing here is a drug, a supplement, or medical advice, and none of it is approved by the FDA for consumption.
Are these products approved for human consumption?
No. Nothing we sell is approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and none of it is marketed, labeled, or sold as a drug or supplement. Read the full statement on our research-use policy page.
Storage & handling
How should a vial be stored?
Refrigerated at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F), as printed on every label. Keep vials upright, away from light, and follow the storage & handling notes on the specific product's page — a blend or reconstituted material can have its own handling requirements.
What do the LOT and EXP codes on the label mean?
LOT identifies the manufacturing batch a vial came from; EXP is the date after which we no longer stand behind the material. Both are printed on the physical label alongside the cold-storage instructions, the same way a lab reagent is labeled.
Ordering
How do I ask about or order a product?
Message us on WhatsApp — the button on every product page opens a chat with that peptide already named, so we know exactly what you're asking about. You can also send an inquiry through the contact page if you'd rather not chat.
Can I buy directly on the website?
Not yet — there's no cart or checkout on this site. It exists to show what we carry and what each item has been studied for; every order is confirmed and arranged over WhatsApp, one conversation at a time.
What if my question isn't answered here?
Message us on WhatsApp or send an inquiry from the contact page — a real person answers, usually the same day.
Shipping
Do you ship, and where?
[PLACEHOLDER — owner to confirm: which areas/states we ship to, whether cold-chain packaging is used in transit, and any local-pickup option in El Paso.] Ask us on WhatsApp for shipping to your area — we'll confirm cost and timing before anything ships.
How long does an order take to arrive?
[PLACEHOLDER — owner to confirm typical processing + carrier transit time.] We'll give you a specific estimate over WhatsApp once your order and delivery address are confirmed.
Lab testing
Are your peptides lab tested?
Where a certificate of analysis exists for a size, it's linked right on that product's page so you can review it before you ask about it. If you don't see one for a size you're interested in, ask us on WhatsApp.
What does a certificate of analysis (COA) tell me?
A COA is the third-party lab's report confirming what's actually in a given lot — typically purity and identity testing for that batch. It's supporting documentation for your own research records, not a claim about what a product does in the body.
